What You'll Work On

• Design and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices.

• Own features end-to-end, from system design and development to deployment and monitoring.

• Optimize databases and improve API performance.

• Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.

• Improve production reliability, scalability, and system efficiency.

• Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate engineering workflows.

Skills Required

• 3-5 years of backend development experience building production-grade applications.

• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

• Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, database optimization, and system design.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and message queues.

• Familiarity with unit testing, Git, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.

• Strong ownership, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
