The interview process consisted of:

1. LLD

2. System Design + AI Coding

Round 1 - Low-Level Design

Duration: 90 minutes
Focus: LLD

The first round focused on Low-Level Design. I was asked to design and implement a Meeting Room Booking System with support for recurring bookings.

The problem required thinking through the system's entities, booking logic, and how recurring meetings would be handled while keeping the design extensible.

I implemented the solution and discussed the design and approach with the interviewer.

Result: Strong Hire

Round 2 - System Design + AI Coding

The second round combined System Design and AI-assisted coding. The problem involved collecting a stream of data, processing the incoming data, and performing actions based on the input.

The discussion focused on how the system could process the incoming stream and trigger the required actions based on the data being received.

I found this round more challenging. I struggled with the problem, and the interviewer provided limited guidance during the discussion, which made it difficult to recover and complete the solution as expected.

Result: No Hire

The overall process was challenging, particularly the second round, which combined system design with AI-assisted coding.

I cleared the LLD round with a Strong Hire rating but was not able to clear the second technical round.
