Notion offer breakdown

• Base salary: ₹40 LPA (PF extra)

• Joining bonus: ₹3.1 lakh

• RSUs: ₹21 lakh

• ESOPs: ₹5.5 lakh

• Allowances: ₹1.68 lakh

• Estimated first-year TC, including PF: Approximately ₹73 LPA

The offer represents a substantial increase on paper, but there’s an important catch, Notion is not publicly listed, so the equity value may not be immediately realisable and depends on the company's valuation and future liquidity opportunities.
