What You'll Work On
Build the platform powering AI-first user interfaces
Develop modular and reusable conversational experiences
Work with Lit-based web components and modern JavaScript
Contribute across the full stack, including AI integration and performance
Work with the SSR runtime and ServiceNow Glide platform
Design and implement new products and features
Improve existing product capabilities
Own features from design => implementation => testing => delivery
Required Skills
2+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language
Strong interest in JavaScript and Web technologies
Experience with reusable, component-based development
Knowledge of:
Data Structures & Algorithms
Object-Oriented Design
Design Patterns
Performance & Scalability
Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
Analytical and software design skills
Familiarity with development tools such as IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control, profilers, and Unix tools
Experience using or thinking critically about AI in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving
