Pinnacle Lifetime Plan – Concern Regarding Changes to Plan Coverage

When we purchased the Pinnacle Lifetime Plan, our understanding was that it would provide us with comprehensive interview-related content in one place, covering all the major areas required for interview preparation, including DSA, Core, LLD, and HLD.

Based on that expectation, we were happy to see LLD being added to the Pinnacle Plan, as it aligned with what we understood the lifetime plan to offer. However, we are now disappointed to see that HLD is not being included in the Pinnacle Plan (Plus Core) and has instead been moved to the Plus Max plan.

This is concerning for existing Pinnacle users because the value proposition we considered while purchasing the lifetime plan was having access to the complete interview-preparation ecosystem without having to purchase additional plans later for individual components.

When a user invests in a lifetime plan based on the understanding that the platform will continue to provide comprehensive interview-related content, moving an important area like HLD into a separate paid plan can feel like the scope of the original commitment is being changed after the purchase.

We completely understand that new courses, features, and premium offerings may be introduced over time, and we appreciate the effort your team puts into continuously improving the platform. However, we believe that core interview-preparation content such as DSA, Core, LLD, and HLD should ideally remain accessible to existing Pinnacle Lifetime (Plus Core) members, especially when the plan was purchased with the expectation of having all interview-related preparation in one place.

Otherwise, existing users may feel that they are being asked to pay repeatedly for content that they reasonably expected to be covered under their lifetime membership.

Pinnacle Lifetime (Plus Core) members are currently told that certain areas will be provided in the future, what assurance do we have that those commitments will remain unchanged? If the scope can be altered later, then users effectively have no predictable understanding of what their "Lifetime" membership will actually cover over the long term.

We are not against the introduction of new premium offerings. We understand that the platform needs to create new products and revenue streams. Our concern is specifically about essential interview-preparation content that reasonably falls within the scope and purpose of the Pinnacle Lifetime Plan (Plus Core).

We request you to please reconsider this decision and look into providing HLD and other essential interview-preparation content to existing Pinnacle (Plus Core) Lifetime members as part of the plan. We therefore request the team to reconsider the decision regarding HLD and make it available to existing Pinnacle Lifetime (Plus Core) members.

Note: - We would appreciate some clarity on what content is guaranteed under the Pinnacle Lifetime Plan (Plus Core) and how existing customers will be protected from such changes in the future.
