Issue Accessing Plus Core Dashboard After Subscription

Hi Team,

I have already subscribed to the Plus Core plan, and my account shows that the subscription is active. However, I’m currently unable to access the Plus dashboard.

Although my plan is displayed as Plus Core, I’m being prompted to subscribe to the plan again as if I don’t have an active subscription.

Could you please check my account and resolve this issue? I believe there may be a problem with the subscription status or account synchronization.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.

Bug in planly

I'm using a free tier, and since there is access to one free planly feature, I registered in that, and in day-1 lectures, the internet and backbone video fr
