FamPay SDE-2 | ₹30 LPA Offer | 4 YOE
I recently interviewed for an SDE-2 position at FamPay in Bengaluru and received an offer of ₹30 LPA. I have around 4 years of experience at a leading fintech company in India.
The offer includes ₹26 LPA fixed compensation and ₹4 lakh worth of ESOPs.
I don’t have another offer at the moment, so I’m trying to understand whether I should negotiate further and, if so, what would be a reasonable number to ask for.
A few things I’d like to know from people familiar with FamPay:
What compensation range can someone with 4 YOE expect for an SDE-2 role there?
Is there room to negotiate the fixed component without a competing offer?
How is the engineering culture and work-life balance?
What are the learning opportunities and long-term growth prospects like?
I’d appreciate any insights from current or former employees, especially those working in engineering.
