I Didn’t Know Coding. I Just Knew I Had to Keep Going.

When I entered college, I knew absolutely nothing about coding or the tech world. I often wondered if I could ever compete with everyone around me. Hi, I’m Shreya Verma, a Computer Science graduate.

Starting From Zero

When everything felt overwhelming, I discovered takeUforward and started learning from Striver. His teaching made DSA feel much simpler, while the structured roadmap gave me the direction I was missing.

Learning to Trust the Process

There were plenty of moments when I felt stuck or lost. Instead of constantly looking for new resources, I chose to trust the roadmap and keep going.

With consistent practice, concepts that once seemed difficult slowly started making sense.

Seeing the Effort Pay Off

Looking back, that one decision changed my journey. The preparation helped me crack a Microsoft internship and later receive full time offers from HSBC and IBM.

A Message to Anyone Starting Out

If someone like me, who started from zero, can achieve this, you can too.

Trust the roadmap, stay consistent, and most importantly, don't give up when things feel difficult.

Forever Grateful

“A heartfelt thank you to Striver and the entire takeUforward team for making such a huge impact on my journey. I’ll always be grateful for the role you played in helping me believe that I could do it.”
