Okta is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its ISV Ecosystem team. The team is building developer-focused products that help B2B SaaS applications connect with identity providers more easily.

The role involves working across backend APIs and frontend components, with a focus on building secure, scalable applications.
Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 4-6 years

What You'll Work On

• Build reusable UI components and developer-friendly APIs and SDKs.

• Develop frontend features using React.

• Build backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Work with product managers, designers, and architects to plan and deliver features.

• Improve application security, performance, reliability, and observability.

• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and test-driven development.

Skills Required

• 4-6 years of software development experience.

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience building UI components using React.

• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and HTTP fundamentals.

• Experience with API design and at least one database: MySQL, Redis, or PostgreSQL.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Understanding of distributed systems concepts like caching and asynchronous processing.

• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to have: Knowledge of OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and application security.
