Upgradation of Plan
I have been a TUF+ lifetime user since Day 1. I am trying to upgrade to the latest plan, but somehow there is a huge pricing mismatch. it says 17,600 for upgrade, new users are getting this for 37,399 (lifetime of MAX plan.) Technically, if my lifetime plan value is 35,999 (as per the quotes in the dashboard and other places) , I should be getting this for around 1,400. I am not able to pay either of the amounts, and it is coming as 32000. Kindly fix this and also let us know the final price to be paid. (Anything more than 1500 is just unfair in my opinion as we should be paying only the difference of the assumed value of our current plan and the price which a new user is going to pay for any plan).
why this hike price is there, and if there is why a new user only has to pay 37,399 if we as old member have to pay 17,600 then new user ideally should be paying 35,999 + 17,600 = 53,599 for same plan because our plan value will be this much after purchasing.
and also i am not able to go to particular day problem from the planly dashbaord and solve it
