₹57 LPA First-Year Package at Microsoft L61 | Is This a Good Offer for 4 YOE?

Anonymous6 days ago

Hi everyone, I’ve received an offer from Microsoft and would really appreciate your advice on how good the compensation is, especially considering my experience.

Current CTC: ₹28 LPA

==================
YOE: 4 years
Role: L61 - Microsoft, Bangalore

Compensation Breakdown

  • Base Salary: ₹31 LPA

  • Joining Bonus: ₹6 Lakh (₹4L in the first year and ₹2L in the second year)

  • Stocks (RSUs): $80,000 over 4 years, with equal annual vesting of 25%

  • Performance Bonus: ₹3.2 LPA (10% of base salary)

Estimated First-Year CTC: ₹57.27 LPA (approximately ₹57.3 LPA)

I’d appreciate your views on whether this is a good offer for someone with 4 years of experience at L61.

    I think this is a good offer because I also have 4 years of experience, but my current CTC is 6LPA.
