All payments made towards TUF+, courses, or any other paid services are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription has been purchased and activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all users.
In the event of an abrupt shutdown, takeUforward will not be obligated to provide refunds for any fees, subscriptions, or payments made by users. This includes, but is not limited to, payments for TUF+ subscriptions, course fees, and any other paid services.
takeUforward shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: • Use or inability to use the platform • Service interruptions • Suspension or discontinuation of services This applies to all users, including those with active paid subscriptions.
If a user voluntarily stops using the service after purchase, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and usage.
Accounts showing suspicious activity, including access from multiple IPs or abnormal usage patterns, may be: • Flagged • Restricted • Suspended without refund
These measures are implemented to prevent misuse, unauthorized sharing, and to protect platform integrity.
Users found violating Terms & Conditions may be blacklisted. This may result in: • Permanent suspension of the account • Loss of access to all services • Restriction from future use of the platform
takeUforward reserves the right to take legal action against users involved in: • Fraudulent activities • Abuse or misuse of the platform • Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content • Any actions causing harm to the platform or its users Such actions may include reporting to relevant authorities under applicable laws.
